Together with MCI The Netherlands, we partnered with a pharmaceutical company to produce their 3-day annual summit at The Westin Grand Hotel Munich.
The theme of the event was Shine. We were asked to translate the theme into a scenic set design, alongside content- and lighting design and tailor made audio for the show.

It was quite a technical set consisting of various planes which enabled us to highlight the desired colours for the right ambience. We surrounded the audience with LED strips that seamlessly merged into the overall set. Our team operated the set on location to make sure everything went smoothly.
The event encouraged candid conversations with thought-provoking panel discussions, leadership presentations and a Late-Night Talk Show.
