Process: How we work
Our process is designed to ensure an integrated and balanced experience for both you and our team. From concept and design to show, we work by a multidisciplinary approach right from the start of the process and offer all our services under one roof.
We provide tailor-made storytelling through experience architecture. During the creative process we can pre-visualize your event in our studio, so you can experience it in an early stage. Sharing your input and feedback straight away. Our process is divided into three main pillars: Concept, Design and Show. These three pillars are the roof over our six phases. In the figure below you can find more information per phase.
1. Concept
Phase 1: Visualize the concept
Discuss your objectives, needs, budget, the story for your audience and translate this into sketches.

2.Design
Phase 2: Define the design
Bring more definition to the concept, translate sketches into 3D visualization.
Deliverables:
- 3D visualization
- Quotation

3. Content design
Phase 3: Design the content
Involve all expertise’s to create a complete experience, both visual (f.e. video) and audio.
Deliverables:
- Video preview of designed audio visual content

4. Pre-production
Phase 4: Pre-production
Finalise and translate the design into executable technical drawings, an essential phase before the actual production starts.
Deliverables:
- Technical drawings

5. Previsualize
Phase 5: Pre-visualize the event
Realistic and interactive visualization of the event to experience in our studio. Finetune in advance will prevent last minute adjustments onsite.

- Visualization in our studio

6. Show
Phase 6: Show time
That magical moment where it all comes together. An experience that captivates your audience.
